What will you be doing?
- Run the MMIST Quality Clinic reviews as the primary facilitator, coordinating Subject Matter Experts and managers through cross-functional participation to address internal, external and supplier failures.
- Own the end-to-end Quality Clinic workflow, including intake, prioritization, containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure.

- Complete data analysis and identify continous improvement projects and initiatives with process owners.

What do we need from you?
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a regulated or high-reliability industry.
- Strong working knowledge of quality systems, non-conformance management, and structured problem solving.
- Ability to lead through influence rather than authority and work effectively across multiple functional teams.

- Experience working with 8D root cause and corrective actions.
- Experience working with AS9100D or ISO/TS 16949 quality systems (APQP).
- Read and understand process documentation (BOMs, and drawings).
- Ideally you will have formal ASQ Certification.
