About the role:

As Learning & Development Coordinator, you help deliver North America's Learning & Development strategy across a wide range of audiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Producer Development, you support the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning programs, help drive strong learner engagement, and manage daily operations that keep our training ecosystem running smoothly.

You work closely with the broader L&D team, the Junior Broker Acceleration Program team, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are well organized, communicated, and measured. You also play a key role in supporting the Acceleration Program by coordinating logistics, communications, and learner experience across multiple cohorts. You bring curiosity, strong execution, and a learner-focused mindset to everything you do.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinates Instructor Led offerings, including the scheduling of sessions/webinars, participant communications and facilitators and tracking of attendance and course completion as required;

  • Support the development and delivery of program curriculum, content, webinars, and marketing materials (both internal and external) as needed.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive and measure learner engagement, including but not limited to Recommended Learning, Marketing & Communications, reporting, and advising internal stakeholders;

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for L&D inquiries, ensuring timely, high-quality support through shared inboxes and direct communication.

  • Liaises with third party vendors, coaches, and learning partners as required;

  • Responsible for tracking vendor contracts and Accounts Payable;

  • Is a champion of learning & development best practices supporting and inspiring our content creators, SMEs, People Leaders and Learners at every opportunity

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years' administration or administrative/project coordination experience

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Business Administration, Communications, etc.)

  • Experience in a corporate training/adult education environment is an asset 

  • Experience in Sales Training or CRE considered an asset

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);  

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs and learners; 

  • Ability to work within a project/team environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for project deliverables; 

  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail and a focus on results; 

  • Ability to act independently within defined objectives and direction.

Area/Location Specific: Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $54,563 to $70,000 CAD.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
