Reporting directly to the President, the Maintenance Professional plays a vital role in ensuring our office locations across Niagara and Haldimand are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. This role involves hands-on upkeep, preventative measures, and small projects that keep our facilities in excellent working condition.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects.
- Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
- Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required
- Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects.
Requirements Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a similar maintenance or trades-related role.
- Available to work varying shifts for at least 2 days weekly.
- Strong hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, and general repairs.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as well as ability to tow company trailer.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
