We are seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our distribution center and contributes significantly to our overall logistics success. You will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders or production needs.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the logistics team with various tasks as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear company-provided PPE.
