Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and delivery manifests.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer orders or production requirements.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment for material handling.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory control efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall logistics function.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks.
- Must understand and adhere to safety protocols and wear provided PPE.
