Join our Minneapolis, Minnesota team as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to play a vital role in our order fulfillment process. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your duties will include accurately locating items using order sheets or scanners, carefully packing products to ensure they arrive safely, and ensuring all orders are correctly labeled and staged for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as is strict adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE. This role involves regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs and requires you to be mobile and active throughout your shift. Teamwork and effective communication are key components of success in this position within our logistics operations. Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial, but we are happy to train enthusiastic candidates.
