Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging role in the fast-paced world of logistics? We are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this critical position, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail will ensure that the correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This role involves navigating the warehouse using an order list or scanner, locating specific products, and transporting them to the packing station. Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a core requirement. We are committed to a culture of safety and expect all team members to prioritize it. The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, is essential. Key duties include: picking items based on order specifications, scanning items to track inventory, assisting with inventory counts, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and following all safety guidelines.
