We are seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring that all shipments are accurately received, inspected, and documented. Your responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying contents against purchase orders and invoices, and properly allocating received items into our inventory system. Accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to safety are essential. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks and other carriers.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and document any issues.
- Verify received items against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Accurately enter receiving data into the warehouse management system.
