We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our fast-paced operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Stage products for shipment, verifying order accuracy.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Follow all instructions and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies in logistics.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
- A commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE is essential.
