Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington, and play a key role in our cutting-edge logistics and e-commerce operations. This position is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of online orders, from receipt to shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide variety of products for delivery, maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy. Safety is a core value in our facility; all associates are required to strictly adhere to safety regulations and consistently utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting and continuous movement throughout the day, in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be part of a dedicated team working towards common goals, contributing significantly to the satisfaction of our customers through efficient logistics. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using electronic systems and established procedures.
- Verify order details and product information to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment, including appropriate packaging and labeling.
- Stage orders for carriers and assist with loading as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent picking and cycle count support.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Identify and report any operational issues, product damage, or safety concerns.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Contribute to team efforts and support the overall goals of the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance metrics in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as operational needs dictate.
