Seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our busy warehouse operations in Columbus, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will be central to our order fulfillment process, accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include using RF scanners to locate products, meticulously packing items to prevent damage during transit, and ensuring all orders are accurately documented. This role is fundamental to our logistics success, requiring efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to teamwork. You will collaborate with colleagues to meet demanding production schedules and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE, is paramount. The role involves frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a similar capacity within a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided to eager candidates.
