This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are mandatory. You will work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced logistics environment. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, utilizing PPE correctly.
- Perform regular Lifting of products, often weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Support the overall logistics process by ensuring timely and accurate order completion.
