Join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of our warehouse and supporting our extensive logistics network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and logistics protocols.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is beneficial.
- Must wear designated PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- A commitment to upholding high standards of workplace safety.
