Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, ensuring aisles are clear.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks safely.
- Contribute positively to team goals and support the broader logistics objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending and reaching tasks.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Understanding of safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic logistics setting.
