Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Utilize scanning devices to track inventory movement and confirm picks.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of picking areas.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines rigorously.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience, especially in order picking, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and follow pick lists and electronic device instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail to prevent shipping errors.
- Understanding of safety best practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse workflows is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently.
