We are looking for driven individuals to become an integral part of our team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work with various warehouse technologies, including scanning equipment, to maintain accuracy. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves extensive standing, walking, and moderate Lifting throughout the shift. Safety is a core value, and all associates must strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear the mandated personal protective equipment (PPE). We emphasize accuracy and efficiency to ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label and stage packages for shipment.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
