We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our vibrant team in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub, encompassing a range of responsibilities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and adhering to strict operational procedures. A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety is essential. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in regular lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and wear required PPE.
