We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker/Packers in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from shelves to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and efficiency to ensure that orders are processed correctly and on time. You will work with scanning equipment and must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced logistics environment. The job involves consistent physical activity, including significant lifting and being on your feet for extended periods. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order sheets or scanners.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entire shift.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Must be reliable and able to work efficiently.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.
