*Minimum Qualifications:*
* A valid and current *physical therapist* license issued by the state of *OR*
* A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
* Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and movement abilities
* Create and carry out individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
* Use equipment and modalities (e.g., heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
* Educate patients on proper exercises, posture, and injury prevention
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
* Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes
* Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members
* Maintain a clean and safe treatment area
* Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and function
