Senior B2B Sales Executive
to drive enterprise sales and expand their presence across the UK market.
They are involved in a transportation tracking software used by delivery companies worldwide and are now in the scale-up phase of their growth making it a very exciting time to join the company.
This is a high-impact role suited to a confident, commercially driven sales professional who thrives in complex solution selling.
The Role As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own the full sales lifecycle, develop strategic client relationships, and close high-value opportunities across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers
Deliver solution‑based presentations and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting within CRM systems
Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams
Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to team performance
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
35+ years experience in B2B sales (technology, SaaS, IoT, or solutions‑based selling preferred)
Proven ability to close complex deals and manage large pipelines
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Commercially astute with a consultative selling approach
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
Highly organised, self‑motivated, and target‑driven
CRM experience essential
