Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
• Cook pizzas to perfection using various cooking methods, including oven baking
• Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
• Serve customers at the counter or assist with dine-in service when needed
• Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
• Manage inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or issues

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to pizza making is a plus
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
• Experience in serving or working in a fast-paced restaurant setting is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
