Compensation Base salary £20,267 – £25,397 per year. With commission you can earn up to £30,000 with OTE.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
Work within the team to deliver a 5‑star customer experience
Keep showrooms clean, well‑arranged and safe
Help maintain a warm, friendly and safe environment for all visitors
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all ScS products and services
Undertake additional duties as required
Benefits
Basic salary between £20,267 - £25,396 with realistic OTE of £30K per year
Commission: average earnings £800 - £1200 per month on top of basic salary; no cap
Guaranteed commission of £400 per month in first three months
