You Are
The
Sr. Salesforce Developer
will analyze and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems and design solutions.

The Opportunity

  • Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC/Aura, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Build guided, performant OmniStudio experiences with best-practice caching, filtering, and state management.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture on robust data modeling and platform governance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP, Bulk API, and Metadata API; leverage ETL tools for data migration.
  • Configure and administer Experience Cloud; create reports and dashboards.
  • Mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
  • Implement comprehensive unit tests; drive deployment readiness and troubleshoot CI/deploy issues.
  • Collaborate with US clients and coordinate daily across onsite–offshore teams.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

  • 6+ years in IT with 3–4+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and 2–3+ OmniStudio project implementations.
  • Strong hands-on with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficient in integrations (REST/SOAP, WSDL, OAuth/SSL), Bulk/Metadata APIs; strong SQL/PL‑SQL and data modeling.
  • Experienced with deployments (Change Sets, ANT, Eclipse/SFDX) and unit testing best practices.
  • Proven US client-facing experience and onsite–offshore coordination.
  • Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (required).
  • Plus: Healthcare payer/insurance; Health Cloud; OmniStudio Developer / ADM‑301 / Architect certs; Vlocity; MuleSoft/Informatica/Boomi; web stack (HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JS); Java/.NET.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
