Restoration Project Manager/Estimator

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our Phoenix, AZ team.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager/Estimator at 911 Restoration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that restoration projects run smoothly and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for estimating the cost of restoration work and managing projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong background in estimating and project management within the restoration or construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Perform on-site assessments to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for restoration services.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.
• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with services.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with field teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Coordinate scheduling, labor, and materials to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the restoration or construction industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of restoration processes (water, fire, mold, storm) and building codes.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) preferred, but not required.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
