We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team to help establish SONIQ as the premium window brand of choice in the Las Vegas area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and adding new builder, architectural, and designer accounts to bring in new sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide onsite support to customers as needed to ensure the customers receive an exceptional customer experience
- Training of customers of product features and benefits and act as a consultant to the customer on all aspects of the company and product
- Represent the company with integrity and with conduct fitting the company goals, mission, and vision

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales
- Relationships and contacts in the construction industry
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly

Compensation:
- Base salary to start and then moved into a commission structure
