Introduction

Our control panel assembly position is fast-paced and challenging, offering tremendous personal and professional growth opportunities. Help us create unique automation solutions for industries around the country and the world. Help take unique control panel designs and build the custom panels. Layout of components, wiring of the panel per provided schematics and checking point to point wiring to ensure quality are all part of this position. In addition, the opportunity to learn light machining, fabrication, and manufacturing is available. Be part of our reserve compliment of field technicians, lending a hand on service or installation visits, many of which are in NE Ohio, though we also have customers across the country. Build a reserve of technical knowledge regarding the products we carry and help people overcome difficult situations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: High School or equivalent
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
• Experience with hand tools is a must
• Experience reading electrical layout and wiring schematics is a must
• Familiarity with computers and smart phone/tablet Apps is a plus

Work hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are offering a full-time hourly position in the range of $20 to $30 per hour. Location

We're located in Kent, Ohio — a twenty- to thirty-minute commute from the Akron area. Kent is a college town offering a wealth of remarkable landmarks and businesses. Our building is situated between two sets of operating train tracks, and the Cuyahoga river is a short walk away, where seasonal kayaking is extremely popular.
