We are looking for guest experience minded individuals to join our fitness focused, fun team.

Position Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a dining and golf environment by taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience, and handling transactions. This role involves a strong focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining area.

Responsibilities :

Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly, make them feel welcome, and guide them to their table.
• Present menus to guests, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requirements or requests are noted.
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and correct order accuracy.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items such as appetizers, desserts, and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Dining Room Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set up properly with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, reset tables, and prepare them for new guests.
• Monitor dining room traffic to ensure that all guests are attended to in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the restaurant's cleanliness standards are upheld in all dining areas, including floors, tables, and restrooms.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation of service.
• Assist other servers or kitchen staff as needed, including running food, refilling drinks, or helping with side tasks.
• Communicate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth flow of service, particularly during peak times.

Cash Handling & Transactions:

• Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, or split checks.
