Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer care and tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits aligned with their needs.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong background in interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, lead generation, cold calling, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Experience in marketing strategies and sales management.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities for upselling, and develop effective sales strategies.
Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
