Bartender – The Grizzly at Flying Saddle Resort

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to a lively, enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations and policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
