The Role: Front Desk Rental Agent (Customer Service & Sales)

You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish by assisting with rentals, customer interactions, and the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):

  • Greet customers in person and by phone in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assist customers with rental reservations, pricing, availability, and questions
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and required documentation
  • Conduct customer walkthroughs and explain rental features and expectations
  • Upsell add-ons and protection options when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and customer area
  • Coordinate with management and service teams regarding unit readiness
  • Handle basic scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Represent GoGoRental's brand with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For

You don't need to check every box - but the ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working with customers in person and over the phone
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork and reservations accurately
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, point-of-sale systems)
  • Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping customers choose the right rental
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Bonus (not required):

  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience
  • Rental, RV, automotive, or outdoor recreation experience
  • Familiarity with reservations, booking systems, or POS software

Work Hours & Perks

Pay & Employment Type

  • Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
