Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced
SAP ABAP Consultant
with strong expertise in
Core ABAP and CDS Views
. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing CDS-based data models and supporting S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain
  ABAP programs
  including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
• Develop and optimize
  ABAP CDS Views
  , including:
• Basic, Composite, and Consumption Views
• Associations, Annotations, and Path Expressions
• Work extensively with
  S/4HANA data models
  and HANA-optimized ABAP code
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and expose CDS Views for
  OData services
  and Fiori applications
• Perform
  code reviews
  , performance tuning, and debugging
• Support
  SAP S/4HANA migration and remediation activities
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years
  of hands-on experience in
  SAP ABAP
• Strong experience in
  ABAP on HANA
• Extensive experience with
  CDS Views
• Strong knowledge of:
• Internal Tables, ALV, SmartForms / Adobe Forms
• Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)
• RFCs, BAPIs, IDOCs
• Experience with
  Open SQL
  ,
  AMDP (good to have)
  , and performance optimization
• Experience in
  OData services
  and integration with SAP Fiori
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with
  SAP Fiori/UI5
• Knowledge of
  AMDP, SQLScript
• Exposure to
  SAP Gateway
• Experience in end-to-end
  S/4HANA implementations

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions
• Team player with mentoring capabilities
