What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and lead cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions in partnership with engineering teams
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, project scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting
• Assist with incident response case management, including documentation and tracking of incidents
• Manage scheduling and coordination of weekly and monthly reviews, ensuring all leads are prepared
• Compile and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on incident trends and progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• PMP, PMI, or CSM certification
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate with business partners at various organizational levels
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform environment
• Excellent communication skills across multiple organizational levels

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• MBA or other related advanced degree
• Practical experience in Incident Management and Program management processes
• Experience with software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and associated query languages and tools
