Retail Data Analyst

Stavis Seafoods LLC, A Profand Company is looking for an Retail Data Analyst to join our Sales team. This role is key to analyze and transform retail data into actionable insights in order to support sales growth, optimize inventory velocity and replenishment, and improve supply chain efficiency for the Stavis Seafoods retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze complex data sets from the system, to track daily/weekly sales performance, inventory levels, markdowns and fill rates.
• Monitor Store-In-Stock (SIS) and Warehouse-In-Stock (WIS) levels.
• Identify gaps in the supply chain and collaborate with the replenishment team to mitigate out-of-stocks or overstocks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (via Excel and Power BI) that visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through, markdowns, and seasonal trends.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for promotional planning, modular (shelf) resets, and demand forecasting specifically tailored to the fast-moving Fresh/Frozen environment.
• Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail Merchants, presenting findings that influence business decisions.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or another related field.

Experience:

• Prior experience (+3 years) in a Sales Department and / or Data Analyst Specialist.
• Stock Replenishment: Previous experience in grocery or perishable goods, understanding the nuances of cold-chain logistics and short lead times.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; Pivot Tables, Index/Match, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Power BI to build automated, interactive dashboards and use DAX for advanced calculations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
