Housekeeping Staff (High-End Private Residence) – English Required | Background Check | Drug-Free Workplace

We are currently seeking professional, detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff for a high-end private residence. This is a high-end position with luxury-level standards, requiring consistency, discretion, and excellence every day. English proficiency is required for clear communication, instructions, and adherence to standards.

This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in immaculate presentation, work well under pressure, and understand premium residential service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-standard cleaning: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and deep-cleaning as needed
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, fixtures) to luxury standards
• Make beds and change linens following high-end housekeeping standards
• Maintain organization and presentation of rooms and common areas throughout the day
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies; report shortages promptly
• Follow strict safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately
• Work efficiently with the household team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow procedures for lost & found and household protocols
• Provide polished, discreet, respectful service at all times
• Maintain strict compliance with the home's high-end hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• English required (speaking and understanding)
• Must pass a background check (clean record required)
• Drug-free workplace: drug testing may be required. Zero tolerance
• Ability to work under pressure, stay calm, and execute tasks with precision
• Strong teamwork skills and professional attitude
• Punctuality is essential: consistent attendance and reliability required
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Physically able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks

High-End Presentation & Grooming Standard (Required)

This residence has strict high-end presentation standards. Candidates must maintain:

• Impeccable grooming and hygiene
• Hair neat and controlled (pulled back when required)
• Short, clean nails (no flashy colors/designs)
• Clean, polished uniform appearance
• A calm, respectful, luxury-service presence at all times
