• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute meal service efficiently during busy periods.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to detail, presentation, and flavor balance.
• Support catering events or special functions as needed, maintaining high standards of service.
• Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation.

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining restaurants or upscale food establishments is highly preferred.
• Strong background in food industry practices including food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Proven skills in culinary techniques such as knife skills, meal preparation, and food presentation.
