What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Champion digital tools and innovative practices to enhance operational performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Work Environment

This role is based at a large aggregate plant and requires regular presence in an industrial setting with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying weather.
