Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in floor care management is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
