Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring consistent growth.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, including cold calling prospective clients and follow-up communications to nurture leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and optimize sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, dealerships, and retail customers through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate inventory management and control to ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts.
- Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at industry events or dealership meetings to promote our offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, customer service, and professional communication at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Expertise in managing a robust sales pipeline using CRM software tools for tracking and analysis.
- Knowledge of automotive inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform outbound cold calling confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Experience in dealership or retail environments with familiarity in inventory management systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles related to digital outreach and lead generation strategies.
