Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Apps Cook to join our culinary team at Pascolo Ristorante. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, local food systems, and experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment. Salad station, pizza station, pasta, and sautée positions.

Pay:

This is a tipped position, base rate is $14.25 an hour plus tips.

Total Average Earnings estimated depending on hours & schedule worked.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Set up kitchen workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
