Job Summary
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Asheville is looking for an Office Manager to keep our remodeling business running efficiently while helping us stay visible and connected in the community. We're a values-driven company that takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and support project coordination.
  • Manage purchase orders, vendor communication, and office organization.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as social media posts, email updates, and community event support.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors by phone and email, ensuring a professional, positive experience.
  • Support scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities.
  • QuickBooks proficiency is required.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with marketing tools or platforms a plus).
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • A team player who can stand behind our code of values

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
