Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects through warm calling techniques.
  • Conduct telemarketing efforts to introduce our products and services, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their requirements to provide customized solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals by demonstrating product benefits, addressing objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, offering technical support, and guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product features, industry trends, and sales techniques related to technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing within a technology or technical sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions and sales data.
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities.
  • Knowledge of technology products or services is highly desirable; experience in technical sales is a plus.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
