Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and assisting clients with their inquiries. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding services or products
- Document interactions accurately through data entry and maintain detailed records
- Utilize computer skills to navigate various software systems during calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Assist with scheduling appointments or follow-up tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
- Apply analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues for process improvement
- Use bilingual abilities (if applicable) to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information in compliance with privacy regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
- Dental office experience or familiarity with dental terminology is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and customer service principles

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
