HD-TECH is partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire an AI Product Engineer to help build the next generation of intelligent, finance-focused AI solutions directly inside OneStream and across the Microsoft AI ecosyste
m.

About the Role

As an AI Product Engineer, you will design and deliver AI-driven solutions that transform enterprise finance workflows. You will work directly within OneStream, leveraging Genesis, embedded AI frameworks, and low-code/no-code automation to build intelligent forecasting, workflow assistants, narrative generators, anomaly detection, and natural-language exploration tools.

You will also develop LLM-powered agents and copilots using Azure OpenAI (GPT-4.1/5-series) and integrate OneStream with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Copilot, and other cloud AI services to create end-to-end intelligent finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions inside OneStream, extending Genesis and embedded AI frameworks.
• Develop platform-native AI features for forecasting, planning, consolidation, and operational finance.
• Create reusable AI blocks, templates, and automation libraries for scalable finance workflows.
• Build LLM-powered agents and copilots to generate insights, commentary, and analytics.
• Collaborate with consulting, product, and data teams to embed AI in real client workflows.
• Advise on AI adoption strategies, best practices, and enterprise finance use cases.

Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong Python and modern AI/ML development (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, prompt engineering).
• Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of ML forecasting, time-series modelling, or applied machine learning in enterprise finance.

Platform & Finance Experience

• Hands-on experience with OneStream (Genesis, embedded AI, APIs, low-code/no-code frameworks) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of planning, forecasting, analytics, FP&A workflows, or performance management processes.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Experience working in consulting, product engineering, or platform development teams.
• Ability to translate technical AI solutions into actionable business value.
