Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT)
Overview
Providence Community ABA is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, friendly and enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team If you love working with children and are passionate about making a positive impact in their lives, we want to hear from you.
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct one-on-one support to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions designed to promote meaningful skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance each client's overall quality of life. Through compassionate care, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA, you will play a key role in fostering independence and progress across communication, social, and adaptive domains.
No prior ABA experience is required. We provide comprehensive initial training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing professional development to ensure your success and confidence in the field. Our team is committed to supporting you as you build the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A passion for working with children and helping others
- Willingness to learn and grow in the ABA field
