Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Social Media management
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with clerical duties as needed, including preparing documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in office software and computerized systems for scheduling and data management.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is advantageous.
