Restaurant Shift Leader

We are looking for a motivated shift leader to join our team The ideal candidate will be flexible in handling daily operations and diligent in upholding our standards. This person will direct the workflow of team members, while also interacting with customers and preparing delicious food

Successful shift leaders must be able to oversee a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately and efficiently. They will exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and maintain effective communication with the rest of the management team. Ultimately, a top shift leader enables smooth workflows while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

After developing expertise in our procedures and standards, shift leaders will be tasked with training and guiding our talented team members to achieve the same

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail
• Reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High awareness and strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Confident problem-solver
• Team player
• Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week

Responsibilities:

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring tasks are performed efficiently
• Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, and health & safety standards
• Coaching team members and training new staff
• Closing out cash registers and preparing cash deposits
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes

The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.
