Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at our Comfort Inn Randolph, MA location. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house operations, assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving guest concerns, training staff, and supporting overall property management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk and housekeeping management
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in hotel management is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of current hospitality trends and franchise brand standards is a plus
