Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly processed and documented.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner that reflects the high standards of hospitality.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Uphold guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment that encourages positive feedback and repeat visits.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing guest accounts, processing payments, and preparing reports as needed.

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks.
  • Experience in night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel environments helps in understanding guest expectations and service standards.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette are essential for success in this role.
