Senior Litigation Paralegal

Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, writing memoranda.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

* Respond to discovery, such as Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents;
* Draft brief deposition summaries and medical treatment summaries
* Read and summarize deposition transcripts;
* Issue subpoenas for medical records, police records and witnesses and follow up to ensure timely responses.

* Organize exhibits, witness list and evidence;

* Prepare trial binders

* Coordinate with expert witnesses such as doctors, accident reconstructionist, life care plan etc.

Requirements:

* Paralegal certificate
* Exceptional research and writing skills
* Impeccable command of English grammar and spelling
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Qualified persons will be well organized, motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented
* Reliable and punctual
* Professional etiquette
* Plaintiff personal injury experience is required 10 years
