Non-CDL Driver – Job Overview

We're hiring motivated Non-CDL Drivers to handle local and regional deliveries using box trucks and other non-commercial vehicles. You'll move freight safely, on time, and with solid customer service. Drivers can choose between:

• OTR (multi-state, overnight travel)
• Home-Daily routes (local/regional)

Your work keeps operations moving. Stay safe, stay sharp, and keep freight flowing.

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks and other non-CDL vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual lifting
• Deliver to multiple stops while maintaining professional customer interactions
• Follow planned delivery routes; adjust for traffic or unexpected delays
• Perform warehouse tasks such as staging freight, inventory assistance, and preparing outbound loads
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery notes, and load documentation

Experience & Requirements

• Previous delivery experience preferred (route work, courier, box truck, etc.)
• Warehouse experience a plus (loading, unloading, heavy lifting)
• Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred; certification is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely handle heavy items and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Valid state driver's license (Non-CDL)
• Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus
